During the semi-final and final of the World Cup, the executive room was clean and well-designed, offering extra amenities like slippers, robe, and a coffee machine. The hotel staff were friendly overall, except for one mishap at the restaurant. Although the location was a bit awkward with limited bus access, taxis were readily available for easy transportation. The dining experience was decent, though possibly a little pricey, but the facilities were satisfactory.
